Agree the sample before the order
A printed specification is a starting point. Use a sample and an agreed acceptance checklist to choose the configuration for your deployment.
- Describe the location. Send the viewing task, connection, installation constraints and destination.
- Confirm the configuration. Match the reference, exact code, app, power option and required market documents to a written quotation.
- Plan a sample. Agree the sample contents, cost, shipping route and checks before payment.
- Evaluate against the checklist. Record power behaviour, connection, image task, app controls and installation fit under the intended conditions.
- Fix the order specification. Confirm the accepted configuration, inspection plan, packaging and order terms in writing.
- Confirm shipment. Check the final goods, battery details, destination and freight route before dispatch.
Know the counterparty
The quotation must identify the seller, invoice issuer and payment beneficiary. Verify a changed bank instruction using a previously known contact before paying.
Sample availability, quantities, commercial terms and remedies need written agreement for the selected configuration.
